Staff Members

Rosa Ceballos recently came to our firm and works as a Spanish speaking receptionist. Rosa has lived in the Joliet area for most of her life and has seven brothers and sisters who also live in the area. Rosa has been involved in many fundraising events including the Relay for Life last year and helped raise approximately $4,000.

Rhonda Ginnetti has worked as a Paralegal for over 5 years. She has experience primary in Family Law, Bankruptcy and Probate. Rhonda has her Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate.

Christine has lived in Joliet for the past 20 years with her husband and 4 children. She has joined the firm in the beginning of this year. A part time receptionist and staff support. She is currently working on a project to convert all paper copies into digital files that will reduce paper consumption and storage. In her spare time she is very active raising money for the Joliet Central Band.

Margaret Schnute has been a resident of Will County, with her husband and three children, for the past 9 years. She is a member of our Collections Department and is responsible for the tracking and maintenance of these records. She has previous experience as the Raiser’s Edge Database Manager for an East Coast Non-Profit, and has assisted with numerous Foundations in their Major/Planned Giving Departments. Maggie has her Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Music.

Michele Marchio has been a legal assistant for over 18 years. She specializes in various legal areas of law, specifically residential real estate. She has worked in two prominent Chicago law firms specializing in commercial real estate for 4 years and 14 years in Will County in residential and commercial real estate.

Bianca Salinas is the afternoon Receptionist at the Law Offices of Tedone & Morton, P.C. Bianca grew up in Joliet and graduated from Joliet Central High School in 2013. Bianca attended Western Illinois University for a Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement and Administration and a minor in Psychology. Bianca studied abroad in Seoul, South Korea where she attended Sungkyunkwan University to study Psychology. As a student at Western Illinois, Bianca interned with the Law Offices of Tedone & Morton, P.C. Bianca enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures and languages.

Kara Fioritto resides in Will County with her husband and two children. When Kara is not working with the Law Office she is busy with her children's activities which include gymnastics and swimming along with working at her father's DJ company doing weddings and private parties. Kara currently works in our criminal law department. She has previous collection and sales management experience and has received a great amount of people skills through her father's company along with how to run a business.
